You want to train for your next race without worrying about getting injured….
You want to run a 10k, half-marathon, or marathon, and not have your bad hip slow you down.
You want to hit that PR you’ve failed to achieve for MONTHS now.
You want to run that half-marathon AND go for weekend hikes with friends because you don’t even think about your bad knee.
You want to FEEL and LOOK like you workout.
Here’s what you’re currently doing…
❌ You’re stretching and doing yoga, but still feeling chronically tight.
❌ You're making up your own workouts at the gym based on what you did in high school or saw on social media, but you don't know if you're doing the right things.
❌ You sit in your car for 15 minutes before your workout figuring out what you’re actually gonna do in the gym.
❌ You've been doing the same physical therapy exercises for the past 6+ months, that don't actually feel challenging anymore, but you're afraid if you stop doing them you'll get hurt.
Sound Familiar?
My client Kris always did her physical therapy exercises on repeat until she was bored out of her mind. And she still found herself having to stop running completely whenever her hip hurt.
After 6 months of working together 1-on-1, she got back to running a 5k pain FREE.
Kris has continued to work with me to pursue her next goal of running her first 10k.
What made the biggest difference for her?
Workouts that were designed to support her running goals (and support from a badass coach like me)
I know what you’re thinking… How is this any different from other workout programs you’ve tried?
I've worked with dozens of runners since I started coaching 4.5 years ago, and in that time I've seen where runners go wrong in their training. I've made sure that my program Run Resilient fills those gaps...
✅ You need to train more like an athlete would; jump, move in different directions, and lift weights instead of skipping these things.
✅ You need to be lifting weights that are actually challenging for you instead of using the same 10lb dumbbells every week.
✅ On the flip side, if you’re always maxing out and rushing your lifts, that’s not helping you with running either.
✅ You need to be consistent and have a PLAN going into the gym. Doing random workouts you find on the internet isn't gonna cut it.
✅ You need to prioritize muscles important for running, and build the strength and capacity necessary for running so you stop getting hurt.
I know you want the workouts you do in the gym to make you feel better on your runs!
(And if there's one thing I'm really good at, it's helping runners learn how to leave their workouts feeling better than when they started ⬇️)
